We consider Super Resin Polish (SRP) to be one of the very best 'all rounders' on the market, and without a doubt, it is the benchmark by which professionals judge other products by.
We have often thought that the name 'polish' wasn't all that appropriate as this product is mostly a wax, it contains virtually no abrasive polish, instead using chemicals to clean the paintwork (When I say 'clean', I mean it can remove stains. You will still need to wash your car to remove dirt and grit!). If you have a white car with greasy marks and stains around the door handles, SRP is very good at removing that sort of thing.
AutoGlym claims that SRP will remove light scratches but we have not found this to be the case. On the bright side, it is effective at removing stains, discolouration, hazing and light oxidization on all modern paintwork, and because it only has a very light 'cut', it is safe to use as often as you like, and it's even safe to use over AutoGlym's LifeShine Sealant.
*Valeting Tips ~ Although Super Resin Polish can leave chalky white marks on black plastics, it's amazing cleaning abilities mean it's great on your car's rubbers. Put a little bit on a muslin cloth and rub it reasonably hard onto a 12" section of the rubber, then wipe it off with a clean cloth before it has a chance to dry. It will leave rubbers such as wind surrounds clean and with a satin finish, they will look like new.

SRP was a revolutionary product being one of the first to use synthetic polymer waxes instead of natural waxes - the advantage of this is that they are stronger and last longer than natural waxes, although they don't give the same depth to colours. The shine is average on dark but excellent on light coloured cars and is suitable for flat base, clear coat and metallic finishes, and will give protection for around 3-4 months.
Once Super Resin Polish dries it is very, very easy to buff off, although it is notorious for creating a lot of dust, so use a slightly damp cloth to remove it. The more often you use this product, the easier it is to use*.
*Valeting Tips ~ SRP lasts for 3-4 months, but if you use it every 3-4 weeks, things get easier, as a thick glossy coat builds up. This also makes the car easier to clean as the dirt can't grip the glossy surface so easily. |

We sell this in the large size 500ml bottles which is plenty for most people. It has a long shelf life (if protected from extremes of heat) and so there is enough in here to last the average user many years.

Pros: Good all rounder, good shine, durable protection, quick and easy to use. Suitable for all cars, all colours and all types of paintwork. A practical car care solution for busy people. On a dull oxidized car, it won't soak in and can be removed easily, removes the oxidization easily -- it's just easy.
Cons: Dusty. Won't hide or remove swirl marks (micro scratches caused by washing) so dark coloured cars are it's Achilles heel, as there are better products on the market for this such as AutoGlym's Ultra Deep Shine.
