We do not ship outside mainland Britain - sorry!

Our postage/packaging/handling costs are based on Royal Mail 1st class and standard parcel services + packaging (by weight) + recorded delivery + vat:-

Orders are processed and dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Some items may be shipped separately and may be sent by courier. The cost of the courier delivery is is noted on each product page and cannot be combined with standard postage on other items, but is combined with other courier sent items.

We try to get things to you as quickly as possible, but please allow 7 for delivery. Please note that currently there is a delay on Royal Mail Postage in some areas. We have been informed that this is partly due to the flooding closing some sorting offices and also because industrial action -- we have found the post to be somewhat inconsistant with some parcels arriving next day while others are taking over 3 weeks! As of 1st September 2007, all our orders will be sent recorded delivery as standard and customers will be sent a tracking number.
