Terms and Conditions (in plain English)

Explanation of certain words:

''We', 'us' and 'the company' means Gary Wray trading as ValetShop.co.uk.
''You' and 'the customer' means the person, company or organization offering to buy good from the company.
''The goods' and 'the products' means any items the customer is buying or offering to buy.

Disclaimer
Some of the products sold by us are potentially dangerous if misused, some can cause damage if used incorrectly. We accept no liability for loss, damage or injury caused by misuse or improper use. Manufacturer's instructions and recommendations should be followed at all times. Further to this, we recommend testing the products to ensure their suitability and to ensure they will not cause damage to the substrate they will be applied to.

Some of the products available from us are intended for professional use only and are clearly marked as 'For professional use only', both on the bottles and on the product pages. Manufacturer's instructions and recommendations should be followed at all times, including storage instructions and use of safetey equipment.

Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the website. Valetshop.co.uk cannot be held responsible for errors or interruption on the website.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact,) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and a copy of the invoice is included. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not effected.

eChecks/eCheques
We do accept eCheques via PayPal, but we won't send out the goods until the eCheque is cleared.
